Job summary

KS Composites is seeking a commercially focused Project Manager to lead high-paced manufacturing projects from concept to delivery at our Old Dalby site. The role requires coordinating Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project success.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain clear communication, monitor budgets, and drive variations and opportunities while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport due to rural location.
• Experience in project management within manufacturing, automotive, or engineering environments.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from handover through to completion.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Identify and secure project variations and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior team members when required.
