Job summary

Glasgow Caledonian University is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the Directorate of Estates and Facilities Management to lead major capital investment projects. The role requires proven experience in estates development and project delivery, with a degree or equivalent in a related field.

You will manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels, drive project life cycle activities, and provide strong leadership within a team to deliver high-quality, compliant campus developments.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in Estates Development and Major Capital Projects Delivery/Management.
• A degree qualification (or equivalent) in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Directorate in the development and Project Life Cycle delivery of the University's major capital investment projects.
• Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Provide leadership and operate within a team to deliver high-quality estates development projects.
