Senior Project Manager - Major Buildings Projects - Canada

Neo International Partners is currently leading a global campaign to identify and recruit an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager for major buildings projects, predominantly focused on healthcare and education sectors, with opportunities to relocate to Canada for the long term with family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex vertical build projects.
• Utilise 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully completing at least one major hospital, long-term care facility, or education project through to substantial completion.
• Possess expertise in collaborative contracting, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
• Showcase experience in projects valued at £150m+.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in vertical build projects.
• Proven success in delivering healthcare and education sector projects, with a focus on major hospitals or long-term care facilities (desirable).
• Familiarity with collaborative contracting methodologies.
• Experience managing projects valued over £150m+.
