The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects for major global brands across various channels, including digital, social, TV, and print.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to a Project Director and will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client expectations, ensure clear communication, and address challenges effectively.
• Oversee the delivery of multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Customize project management processes to meet client needs and promote creative solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes with proper documentation.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers.
• Determine resource needs, including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing costs.
• Assign tasks, define roles, and guide project teams while ensuring quality.
• Improve project management tools and processes, and train colleagues on best practices.
• Monitor project forecasts, manage workload spikes, and ensure resource availability.
• Work with Account Management to oversee project financials, aiming for target margins and revenue maximization.
• Contribute to business development through project scoping, estimating, and sales participation.
• Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and growth opportunities.
• Encourage team collaboration, maintain a positive environment, and motivate team members.
• Conduct post-project reviews, assign responsibilities, and follow up on actions.
• Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and resolving issues.
