They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage projects for major global brands across various channels including digital, social, TV, and print.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll report directly to a Project Director and will play an important role in upholding the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. You will foster meaningful relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted partner to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations, maintain clear communication, and address challenges efficiently.
• Own the delivery of multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet high standards.
• Customize project management processes to meet client needs, promoting creative solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes with documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers for successful outcomes.
• Scope resources including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing costs.
• Allocate tasks, define roles, and guide project teams while ensuring quality.
• Evolve project management tools and educate colleagues on best practices.
• Track account forecasts, manage workload spikes, and ensure resource availability.
• Partner with Account Management to monitor financials, deliver within margins, and maximize revenue.
• Support business development through project scoping, estimating, and sales participation.
• Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and growth opportunities.
• Foster team collaboration, maintain a positive environment, and motivate staff.
• Conduct post-project reviews, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-up.
• Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and resolving challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with high quality.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
