Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering pathology software solutions—such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)—within the NHS? If so, we want to hear from you.

Our client, a leading digital health consultancy, is seeking a confident and capable delivery professional to manage the end-to-end implementation of LIMS and related pathology IT systems across NHS Trusts and laboratory networks.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven delivery experience of LIMS or equivalent pathology systems into NHS settings
  • Strong knowledge of clinical and laboratory workflows, including specimen tracking, results reporting, and diagnostics integration
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a high-stakes, regulated environment
  • Expertise in NHS project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills—able to influence across pathology labs, clinical teams, and executive stakeholders
What You’ll Do
  • Manage the implementation and rollout of pathology software solutions across NHS sites and networks
  • Lead stakeholder workshops to capture business and clinical requirements and translate them into delivery plans
  • Oversee system configuration, integration with existing platforms, and data migration activities
  • Support change management and adoption strategies within pathology services
  • Ensure delivery aligns with NHS standards, IG protocols, and clinical safety regulations
