Job summary

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) are assisting a national consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager for a Life Science scheme based in Hertfordshire, with a long-term Cambridge pipeline. The role is site-based 3 days per week with flexible 2 days, and NEC contracts focus, client-facing.

You will own project management, contract administration, and governance across all lifecycle phases, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-degree experience in a Project Manager capacity.
• Life Science or Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.
• Experience in building consultancy with NEC contract administration desirable.
• Driven to progress within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project management, contract administration, and delivery under NEC contracts.
• Work in a client-facing capacity, ensuring milestones, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Provide strategic counsel to optimise cost, schedule, and quality.
• Direct project governance, compliance, and systems implementation across all lifecycle phases.
