Job Description:

York Street have partnered with a leading construction consultancy renowned for delivering best-in-class projects, to recruit a senior project manager to work on several residentially led schemes valuing up to £400m.

If you are a project manager looking for that next step in your career to become a Senior PM, can work on some of the largest, complex projects across the UK, whilst working for some of the highest skilled people in the market, then this is the role for you.

These projects vary from working on newbuild high-rise towers, to listed buildings, conversions of embassies, master planning, mixed use and regeneration valuing between £100m - £400m+.

A clear understanding and track record within residential/mixed use projects across all RIBA stages is ideal, either RICS chartered or working towards (or happy to do their APC). Master planning experience is an added benefit, coming from a construction consultancy background and an appetite to become a market leader. You will need to be tenacious and driven, wanting to not just succeed in delivering highly complex and market leading projects, but also progress your career at an accelerated pace.
