Job summary

Arm Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract to lead architecture-based projects shaping IP Development for energy-efficient Arm powered products.

The role requires coordinating planning, scheduling, governance and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product Management and Legal to deliver on time while embracing change in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Leading project delivery, preferably in an Agile or iterative environment.
• Strong communication and networking skills to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm partners.
• Positive, can-do spirit that embraces change and resilience in a dynamic high-tech atmosphere.
• Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting for your projects.
• Motivate and drive teams to deliver commitments.
• Ensure project governance, and proactively drive project risks, change and dependencies to conclusion.
• Have strong organizational skills and be a collaborative team member.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Legal and Operations to align delivery.
• Engage to develop and improve processes and practices.
