Job summary

RSPCA Assured Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Integrity and Welfare to lead cross-organisational projects that strengthen our scheme's integrity and improve animal welfare outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating with multiple teams, shaping new assessment approaches, digital solutions, and strategic workforce planning while ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale projects with organisation-wide impact.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle from proposals to delivery.
• Certification in an industry-standard project or programme management methodology.
• Track record of delivering complex, organisation-wide change initiatives.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate differing priorities.
• Proven leadership of project teams across functions.
• Ability to analyse performance data, budgets and management information.
• Experience preparing project documents, risk registers and change control.
