Job summary

IPS Group are working with a Global Insurance Company looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager into its established Change function. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex business change initiatives across the organisation whilst working closely with senior stakeholders, including Executive and Board-level individuals.

IPS Group are working with a Global Insurance Company looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager into its established Change function. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex business change initiatives across the organisation whilst working closely with senior stakeholders, including Executive and Board-level individuals. The role will involve taking ownership of projects from inception through to delivery, managing governance, steering committees, budgets, third-party suppliers and key stakeholder relationships throughout.

The project portfolio is broad, with exposure across underwriting, claims, product development, automation and wider operational change initiatives. You'll typically be managing 4-5 projects at any one time, ranging from short-term improvements through to larger strategic programmes. The team also supports a number of different business units, including insurance, legal and tax, providing varied exposure across the wider group.

We're keen to speak with individuals who have significant project management experience gained within insurance or wider financial services, alongside strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex change projects.

The position is based in Leeds with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and occasional travel to other UK locations.
