Job summary

Steelway Fensecure Ltd in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end installation projects, leading a Regional Service Manager, Project Manager and Project Coordinator to deliver safely, on programme and to specification.

You will be the primary customer contact from handover to sign-off, responsible for margin delivery, resource planning and process improvements, with clear accountability to the Operations Director and close collaboration with the Regional Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing multiple installation, construction, or engineering projects to time, quality and budget.
• Strong focus on customer experience and stakeholder management under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a portfolio of installation projects for Tier 1 customers from handover to completion, safely and to specification.
• Direct and support the Project Manager and Project Coordinator in planning, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Proactively identify and resolve programme risks, resourcing conflicts and site issues before they impact delivery.
• Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager to ensure resourcing and site performance meet standards.
• Coordinate availability of steelwork from production to match installation and pre-build schedules.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers on project execution matters and escalate as needed.
• Manage margin and cost tracking, including valuations and variations, reporting monthly.
