Shape Critical Infrastructure for World-Class Clients

With a proud legacy of precision engineering and best-in-class products, we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives on delivering excellence in technically demanding environments.

This is a confidential opportunity to join a global group delivering engineered HVAC and flue systems to leading clients in data centres, industrial plants, healthcare facilities, and commercial sites.

If you're passionate about project leadership and stakeholder diplomacy in complex delivery settings, this role offers the chance to make a long-term impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of flue and HVAC installations, valued between £50K and £5M, acting as the critical bridge between design, manufacturing, and site execution.

You will lead multiple concurrent projects across the UK and Europe, collaborating with engine manufacturers, main contractors, and global tech companies to ensure precision execution.

You'll be the face of the business on site and in stakeholder forums, balancing commercial sensitivity, technical accuracy, and project sequencing.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Managing HVAC, and engineered system projects from order to final installation.
  2. Overseeing procurement cycles, build sequencing, installation readiness, and technical interface.
  3. Leading stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, and engine partners.
  4. Navigating politically sensitive projects, pre-empting risk, and resolving coordination challenges.
  5. Hosting and attending technical & commercial meetings with senior client and contractor representatives.
  6. Collaborating with in-house design, procurement, production, and engineering teams.
  7. Mentoring more junior project staff and contributing to internal learning forums.
  8. Ensuring full compliance with HSE, quality, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC, M&E, construction, or engineered system project management.
  2. Proven track record managing projects from £50K to £5M, ideally in manufacturing-installation environments.
  3. Technical understanding of flue, ducting, exhaust, ventilation, or piping system installations.
  4. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
  5. Strong stakeholder diplomacy with experience in data centre, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
  6. Confidence operating under pressure, resolving conflicts, and ensuring project flow across complex teams.
  7. Desire to learn, grow, and become a subject matter expert in a niche engineering environment.
  8. Ideally holds APM, Prince2, or PMP certification.
  9. A background in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering is highly desirable.
What You’ll Gain
  1. A supportive, collaborative, and values-driven culture within a growing global engineering group.
  2. Career development path towards Project Director for high performers.
  3. Opportunity to lead mission-critical infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.
  4. Life Assurance & Employee Benefits Package
  5. Discretionary Bonus Scheme (in development)
  6. Real influence on projects delivered for the world’s largest tech clients
