Senior Project Manager - Housing Management System Implementation

Location: London (Occasional Office Visits)

Rate: Up to £525/day (Outside IR35)

Contract: 12 Month Contract (2-3 year project)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Housing Management System implementation for a Housing Association. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale system implementations in the housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the full lifecycle of the Housing Management System implementation, from procurement to go-live.
2. Oversee project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
4. Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and best practices.

Essential Experience:

1. Proven experience managing the end-to-end implementation of Housing Management Systems within a local government or housing association setting.
2. Expertise in working with platforms such as NEC (Northgate), Civica Cx, and Capita Open Housing.
3. Strong understanding of procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier engagement.
4. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, lead teams, and drive delivery in complex environments.

Contract Details:

1. Duration: 6-12 months
2. Day Rate: Up to £525/day (Outside IR35)
3. Location: Remote-first with occasional office visits to London
