bpha is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planned investment and refurbishment programmes across its housing portfolio in Bedford. You will report to the Asset Investment Manager, directing a team to deliver high-quality projects that improve homes and resident satisfaction while aligning with the asset investment strategy.

Responsibilities include leadership, contract management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement with residents, contractors, and internal teams.

Formación

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant professional membership such as CIOB, RICS or CIH.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Planned Works team to deliver investment, refurbishment and cyclical maintenance programmes.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting and expenditure with robust governance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulatory obligations.
