Job Description

Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, we are looking for Senior Project Managers to support our clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile projects across infrastructure sectors. As a member of our team, you will work to make a difference with our clients in delivering complex projects and programmes. The role is based in our London office, with a likely hybrid working pattern depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects and programmes across their lifecycle, including project management principles, client objectives, contract management, leadership, financial management, and health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Lead and develop project teams, build long-term trusted relationships with clients, and manage multiple work streams effectively.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and public sector organizations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience of highways infrastructure, procurement, NEC contracts, and managing diverse project teams is beneficial.
• Degree or HND in management, construction, or infrastructure-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional affiliations such as APM, ICE, CIHT, or similar, and project management certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, NEC PM).
