Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Great Grid Partnership in the Grimsby area. You will lead a defined work package, drive planning, resource management and performance across teams to deliver critical energy infrastructure.

You will report to the Senior Leadership Team and collaborate with National Grid, designers, subcontractors, and internal groups to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery across the 114km route.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience delivering major infrastructure, utilities, energy or civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and overall project management for a defined work package.
• Deliver safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining highest quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with partners, designers and suppliers.
