Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within construction or property.
• Ability to lead projects through all RIBA stages.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within commercial, defence, higher education, or related sectors.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion, acting as the trusted advisor to clients.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholder relationships.
• Provide strategic project leadership and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow a pipeline of exciting commissions.
