• Define overall project approach and drive from start to finish.
• Manage branding, design, artwork, video, AI, CGI and animation projects.
• Create and own timelines and resource planning.
• Report risks and progress to Account team.
• Maintain budgets and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external production teams.
