Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Location: 240 Blackfriars Rd, London SE1 8NW, UK

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, including scope, contracts, programs, change management, risk registers, budgets, and QA procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, including reporting, meetings, and presentations.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering advisory and design solutions with in-house teams and specialists.
  • Support technical leads in managing design processes and workshops.
  • Lead and motivate engineering teams.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders, representing Ramboll at meetings.
  • Manage sub-consultants such as Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and designers.
  • Lead project meetings and implement best practices for sustainable and innovative design services.
  • Allocate resources and support discipline leads.
  • Enhance the reputation of Ramboll and the UK Healthcare Team.
Candidate Profile

  • Experience managing UK Healthcare projects, such as hospital builds or refurbishments.
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., MAPM).
  • Proficiency in digital design tools like Revit/BIM 360.
  • Strong project management and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and motivate teams.
