ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be an integral part of the Hearst Operations Project Management team, delivering projects profitably with excellent client service. You will coordinate with agency and client teams, see the broader campaign context, and support the rollout of new processes, sharing your experience to help junior team members grow.

Duties
  1. Project Management: Full ownership of print, digital, and social delivery, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to high standards. Uphold business rules, manage multiple projects, maintain quality and profitability, coordinate teams, ensure accurate administration, anticipate needs, stay updated with best practices, and view problems as opportunities.
  2. Pre-Sales: Collaborate with Account Management to plan and execute strategies, advise on costs, adapt to tight briefs, and recommend solutions based on past campaign performance.
  3. Production: Organize shoots, manage budgets, maximize income, understand digital specifications, work across multiple brands, handle deadlines, brief teams, and monitor campaign performance.
  4. Campaign Management: Handover digital content to Account Managers and seek feedback for improvements.
  5. Post Campaign: Process invoices, negotiate rates, attend wash-up meetings to review successes and areas for improvement.
  6. Teamwork & Collaboration: Support and develop team members, delegate tasks, foster collaboration, lead projects, act as an escalation point, and represent Hearst UK’s values.
