As a Senior Project Manager within our Enterprise Accounts Project Management (PjM) business, you will play a pivotal role in leading principal workplace fitout projects for some of the world's most prestigious organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Project Leadership: Assuming full project accountability from initiation to post-occupancy, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.

Pre-Construction Excellence: Collaborating with internal CBRE teams and external consultants to develop comprehensive project proposals, leveraging the CBRE Principal Playbook to ensure adherence to company procedures and best practices.

Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and third-party vendors, effectively communicating project progress and addressing any concerns.

Project Delivery Oversight: Leading and directing project delivery resources to achieve project goals, implementing communication plans, and ensuring project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.

Risk Mitigation and Change Management: Proactively identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing change management routines to assess and manage scope, budget, and schedule impacts.

Quality Assurance: Establishing quality benchmarks, overseeing supply chain performance, and ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle .

Key Qualifications:

Proven Construction Expertise: A strong background in commercial construction project management, with demonstrable experience in Design and Build fitout projects for commercial workplaces. This is a fundamental requirement.

Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Progressive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a design and build, commercial construction management, or project management sector company.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences and influence key stakeholders.

Financial Acumen: Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to conduct financial analysis and manage project budgets effectively.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to comprehend complex documents, analyze situations, and develop innovative solutions.
