Your future role:

• Maintaining customer relations and ensuring effective communication: Every project we work on is unique and bespoke. And there are multiple parties involved – the main contractors, façade consultants, the investors, world-famous architects, and more. You will need to develop strong and effective working relations with all project stakeholders, and ensure they are informed and updated as the project progresses.
• Project planning, coordination, risk management, and budget and deadline control and reporting: You will be taking ownership of these activities on major UK projects and possibly projects in other European countries. The complex and large-scale projects you work on will have from 20 million to 50 million value. Projects typically take up to 3 years.
• Coordination of the project team: You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Staticus project team. All of our projects are managed using Agile principles and practices.

What do we expect from you?

• Educational Background. A higher education degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven Experience. At least 5 years of experience in successfully managing Facade projects as Project Manager in UK market is a must.
• Legislative Knowledge. In-depth knowledge of construction-related legislation, compliance standards, and regulatory processes in UK.
• Project Management Skills. Experience in managing 20 – 50 million EUR worth facade projects. Expertise working with in planning, budget management, and negotiation, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Language Proficiency. Fluent in English. Proficiency in an additional language such as French, German, or Dutch is an advantage.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of uniting and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning team efforts toward common goals.
