Job Description

This role is suitable for a Project Manager experienced in working within MSP, software house, or vendor environments, particularly with external customer projects. The successful candidate will join the project management team during a growth phase, focusing on delivering software and infrastructure projects to external clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing external customer-driven projects
• Working closely with the Head of PMO & Pre-sales
• Applying world-class project management skills in planning, monitoring, control, reporting, and communication
• Ensuring successful delivery within time and budget
• Managing risks, issues, and change control

Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies (Prince II, AgilePM) is required. The role involves working on software delivery and infrastructure implementation projects.

Skills required: Experience in Software House, MSP, or Vendor environments; governance, policies & procedures; client-facing roles; onboarding clients; structured project management processes (Prince II, PMP, AgilePM). Certifications are not mandatory.
