Job Description:

Are you experienced in the Exhibition / Trade Show space and passionate about creating modular and custom-built stands & activations for clients? If so, this role might be perfect for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating from the brief/pitch stage by creating engaging and innovative presentations that realize the client's vision.
• Collaborating across departments with a talented team of designers, fabricators, freelancers, and third-party suppliers.
• Managing all financial aspects of projects, including budgets and post-event reconciliation.
• Developing critical paths and timelines, leading internal and external teams, and keeping clients updated on progress.
• Coordinating logistics with venues, suppliers, H&S, build, and de-rig teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
