Job Description
Our client is a market leader in bathroom adaptations, and as part of their continued growth in the adaptations market, they have a requirement for an adaptations surveyor/project manager to add to their team. They have a track record of winning and retaining contracts over the last 30 years and are known for their professionalism, reliability, and quality at all stages of the delivery process. They have contracts with most local authorities in the greater Yorkshire area to deliver a turnkey service for the surveying, tendering, and delivery of principally bathroom/shower room adaptations in occupied domestic houses in both the private and social housing sectors.
The suitable candidate may have worked managing similar projects personally. They may also have experience in the local authority and housing association sectors as a building surveyor. Additionally, they may have worked for one of the key players in this market, such as KeepMoat, Mears, Engie, Wilmott Dixon, Morrisons, Wates, or Equans. Local players may include NuBuild, Arrow Developments, and Neo Construction.
