The role
If you’ve spent time thinking how you can work with an eclectic mix of iconic names that will elevate your career & fancy a nibble at the cake, you’ll be hard pushed to beat this opportunity. This agency has an unreal record of illuminating the brand presence of their clients, whether that’s through a barnstorming event, conference, or creating campaigns across all touchpoints that move the heart & mind. You will work across several clients, delivering projects, so strong operational events & logistics know-how is imperative.
The agency didn’t lose heart in Covid; in fact, they got better & better at going deeper to understand how they can help brands stand head & shoulders above their closest rivals. In this role, you’ll be taking the reins on all projects, so think budgets, timescales, harnessing internal & external communication, ensuring the seamless transition of briefs, from ideation to execution.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, bringing together different projects; event promotion strategies and materials, including social media campaigns, email, content, video & film, and you will absolutely love getting into the hustle & bustle of projects that need a calm & considered head on their shoulders.
What we’re looking for
This will suit someone who can bring those moments of calm when there are a few plates spinning, all with an air of tact & diplomacy – knowing when to push or sit back. The key is being able to take the lead on the creation, development, and implementation of events, from mass participation to niche & stylish flagship events.
You’ll need a few years of agency experience under your belt & be able to collaborate effectively, with different people, both internally & externally. Culture is huge & it will only suit someone who is grounded & approachable and is simply top-notch at creating superb client & inter-agency relationships – you will be managing key accounts, with existing and potential clients, leading and owning main relationships. People who are working in-house will be considered, but you must have spent some time in an agency during your career.
You’ll need a pragmatic mindset coupled with extensive experience overseeing the logistical side of large-scale events, including a sound appreciation of the digital landscape. The art of flexible thinking is key to this role, as well as illuminating the presence of events through innovative content campaigns.
