Job summary

The University of Southampton is seeking a Senior Project Manager within its Estates Development team to lead a diverse programme of refurbishment and new build projects across campus.

Typical schemes range from £1m to £30m, with occasional opportunities up to £100m+, and you will manage projects from inception through design, construction and mobilisation, ensuring cost, time, quality and sustainability targets are met.

• Proven track record in development and delivery of capital projects within complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing projects from inception through design, construction and mobilisation.
• Ability to deliver on time, cost and quality targets.
