Senior Project Manager (ESG / Sustainability) – Data Centre

We are currently working with a leading global Data Centre provider with a multibillion-pound portfolio. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in ESG and Sustainability project delivery to join their London office.

Remuneration: £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits + bonus

The Role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead strategic Sustainability and ESG projects, focusing on initiatives like solar PV, rainwater harvesting, district heating, and green community projects on new build sites. Projects range from £50,000 to £3 million.

The role involves driving projects from initial concept (RIBA 2-3/4) to overseeing multiple projects, requiring stakeholder management and subject matter expertise. The position reports to the head of sustainability and interacts with internal teams and external agencies.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for sustainability, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management with ESG/Sustainability experience OR Degree in Sustainability with PRINCE2/AMP construction project delivery experience
• Experience in ESG/sustainable projects across RIBA 2-6 lifecycle, focusing on front-end stages (2-3)
• Data centre or critical environment experience preferred
• Understanding of ESG, lifecycle carbon reduction, and sustainable construction practices
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
