Job Description:

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in heavy-duty engineering or machinery. You will join a team of 4 Project Managers and oversee project delivery across Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls specialties, working closely on new projects from start to finish.

You will manage up to 10 projects simultaneously, each valued between £300,000 and £600,000, with durations up to 9 months. Tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, and Sage 200 will be used to support your activities.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Developing detailed project plans and resource allocations.
• Tracking progress and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Managing changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation.
• Ensuring clear communication across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management, preferably in heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Monday.com, and similar software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in machinery design, manufacturing, and assembly.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
