Job summary

Technical Futures Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in RF Electronics, SatComms, Space or Defence/Aerospace environments. The role requires delivering multiple complex R&D/NPI projects while managing end-to-end product development from concept to manufacturing and realization.

The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and offers a competitive package plus a company bonus and benefits. A PM qualification and a degree are preferred.

Senior Project Manager - SatComms / RF / Space / Defence / Aerospace - Hybrid - Competitive Package. A Senior Project Manager with proven experience of simultaneously delivering a range of complex R&D /NPI projects of varying duration within RF Electronics, SatComms, Space, Defence or Aerospace environments (involving physical products), will join an award-winning High-Tech company offering Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 WFH), Company Bonus, 25 days holiday, enhanced Pension Plan, Life Assurance and more.

The successful Project Programme Manager will ideally be qualified to Degree level; will hold a Project Management qualification and have a strong track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously across varying timescales (from one week to many months) as well as having experience in managing end-to-end physical product development from concept, through manufacturing to product realization.

Requirements for this Senior Project Manager include:

• Project Management within a medium sized Company within an RF Electronics, SatComms, Defence or Space/Aerospace industry.
• Proven Project and/or Programme Management of complex multi-disciplinary Engineering & Manufacturing projects involving physical products.
• Degree / HNC / HND in Engineering + PM qualification.
• Simultaneously delivering a range of projects of varying lengths from one week up to many months.
• Experience supporting bids, sales activities and project costings.
