Job summary

Compass Community in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the Digital SEND Programme alongside a portfolio of financial projects, driving business change and transformation across the organisation.

You will plan and deliver application, process, technology and finance changes from initiation to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery within scope, budget and quality standards while upholding Compass Community’s values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Degree educated or equivalent with strong maths and English skills.
• Industry-recognised project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM) is essential.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and programmes with multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Strong working knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in MS Project, Office 365 and other project collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Digital SEND Programme and a portfolio of financial projects.
• Coordinate interdependent projects and workstreams ensuring alignment with objectives and PMO governance.
• Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, benefits, and milestones.
• Provide governance, reporting, and assurance for the Programme and projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across analysts, testers, trainers, finance specialists, change and comms, and third-party suppliers.
• Maintain robust project documentation and RAID logs.
