Job summary

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Digital Delivery team and lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation through to implementation.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into tangible outcomes. The position is full-time and permanent, based at our head office in Ipswich with a hybrid pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex projects and change initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project governance and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• A recognised Project Management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or equivalent is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects and change initiatives across Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines.
• Ensure projects are planned, governed and delivered effectively while realising measurable business benefits.
• Support the evolution of project management standards, governance and ways of working to foster delivery excellence.
