Job summary

Cirrus Selection is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Future Combat Air programme. The role combines business and delivery leadership across a complex, international environment, coordinating stakeholders and project teams to deliver on time, cost and quality.

You will work with UK and international partners, applying Earned Value Management and risk-based planning, while providing guidance on bidding, estimates and continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• PM experience, ideally within a matrix organisation.
• Strong risk management and commercial awareness.
• Experience managing schedules, project performance and delivery.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience of bidding and estimating would be advantageous.
• Motivated and resilient approach to leading teams and delivering results.

Salary: £50,000 - £56,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week on-site

This is a delivery-focused role where you will work across a complex, international organisation, coordinating stakeholders and project teams to deliver critical capability on time, on cost and to the required quality.
