With Project Manager opportunities at all levels, you’ll play a central role in making exciting and diverse projects a reality. Valued up to £100m, projects span across the construction sector. You’ll lead your team and be supported through structured training and career development opportunities.

Your Purpose:

  1. Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the full project lifecycle.
  2. Advise clients on project costs, programmes, risks, and issues.
  3. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  4. Manage communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Develop delivery plans, involve others, and ensure objectives are met.
  6. Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
  7. Continuously pursue performance improvement.

What can you bring?

  • Experience in Defence projects is desirable but not essential; we have a strong pipeline in this sector.
  • Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of best practice Project Management techniques.
  • Experience with pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities.
  • Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations.
  • Capability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Professionalism and high standards in communication and conduct.
  • Analytical, numerate, problem-solving skills with good judgment.
  • Effective team communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others with sound judgment.
  • Holding or working towards RICS Chartership or similar qualification (e.g., CIOB, APM).
