With Project Manager opportunities at all levels, wherever you join us, you’ll play a central role in making exciting and diverse projects a reality. Valued up to £100m, your projects will range across the construction sector. You'll be trusted to lead your team and supported to develop further, through structured training and career development opportunities.

Your Purpose:

  • Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Lead communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, etc.
  • Implement effective communication tools.
  • Develop delivery plans, involve others, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Challenge the status quo and perform to high standards in changing environments.
  • Pursue continuous performance improvement.

What can you bring?

  • Experience in Defence projects is desirable but not essential; we have a strong pipeline of work in this sector.
  • Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with best practice Project Management techniques.
  • Experience in pre- and post-contract project management and delivering effective services to clients.
  • Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations.
  • Ability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Professionalism and high standards in communication and conduct.
  • Analytical, numerate, problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others with sound judgment.
  • Holding or working towards RICS Chartership or similar qualifications (e.g., CIOB or APM).
