3-5 days(onsite)in a week.

Job Description:

• 8-10 years of experience in client handling, project financial management, and people leadership.
• Strong background in Professional Services, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and project financials.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Mandate Skills:

• Needs to be a very experienced in Data platform delivery in the cloud (ideally Azure) over the last 5 years and ideally delivered Databricks and has energy or finance trading knowledge.
• Hands-on Project delivery, agile delivery experience, managing backlogs etc., able to demonstrate he can manage a team size of approx. 20+ and get a team up and running.
• Does not need to be an expert in the Data platform technology but the more technical in nature the better.
• Oil and gas/energy Industry experience is preferred, and he/she should also need to have a good experience in Project delivery.
