Job Description

We are seeking Senior Project Managers to join our Data Centre team in London. You will lead large-scale, ground-up data centre construction projects with prominent technology clients across Europe, overseeing all aspects from inception to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice at project conception to achieve client objectives.
• Establish success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Set up project governance, processes, and systems.
• Develop detailed project plans and oversee procurement of resources.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
• Use performance management techniques, including KPIs, to enhance project performance.
• Manage change control and project finances.
• Coordinate project information flow with clients and stakeholders.
• Produce progress reports and interface with clients and consultants at all stages.
• Additional responsibilities include staff management, knowledge management, financial oversight, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Construction consultancy experience preferred.
• 5-10 years project management experience, preferably in digital/data centres.
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
• Chartered status or on the path to achieving it.
• Thorough understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Experience in design, management, or construction in related environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
