Senior Project Manager (Design & Build) – Reading, Berkshire

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value commercial fit-out projects.
• You will lead projects valued between £3m-£4m and take full ownership of both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• During this post, you will be expected to develop your portfolio by identifying new work opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Lead a team of Project Managers and Supervisors.
• Take ownership of a nationwide client base, delivering projects across the UK.
• This is a genuine progression opportunity for the right candidate, with clear progression routes into senior leadership positions such as Head of Projects and Project Director.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Applicants MUST have a strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L and pipeline.
• Applicants MUST also be experienced working on Design & Build fit out projects within a construction or building services environment.
