This is a great job for someone who is an experienced Project Manager looking to deliver complex, high-profile change initiatives in a global organisation. You’ll enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, leading delivery across multiple teams and suppliers and driving successful business outcomes.
While a background in Cyber Security is desirable, it is not essential – this role would suit someone with strong project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management experience who is keen to develop their knowledge in this critical and fast-moving area.
As part of Aviva’s Global Cyber Change team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic cyber security projects that help protect our customers, employees, data, and business. Working across a global portfolio, you’ll apply the appropriate project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and change practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You’ll manage relationships with business stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party suppliers, while providing robust governance, reporting, and risk management. Joining a highly motivated and visible team operating across Norwich, London, Bristol, and York, you’ll play a key role in delivering solutions that strengthen Aviva’s cyber resilience and support our broader business objectives.
We’re inclusive and welcome everyone – we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don’t, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.
We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working – spending around 50% of their time in our offices every week - combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
