Job summary

Grey is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team on an initial 12-month contract. You will lead projects of varying scale, budget, and discipline, scoping and planning with internal stakeholders and guiding them through the full lifecycle.

The role focuses on operations and commercials, coordinating across the agency and with teams in WPP to deliver on time and on budget. You will manage multiple workstreams, report progress, and help shape processes for a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Lead projects of varying scale, budget and discipline.
• Scope and plan with internal stakeholders and usher projects through the lifecycle.
• Develop reports to track planning, scheduling, issues and risks.
• Collaborate across the agency and with teams in WPP to keep everyone aligned.
• Identify future opportunities and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be involved in managing a range of projects, with a primary focus on operations and commercials, varying in sizes and complexity.
• You’ll work closely with clients to drive best ways of working for teams, collaborating across the agency and with teams in WPP to keep everyone on track and working towards the same shared goal.
• Deliver multiple projects under various programmes, taking them through from client brief to final output.
• Overseeing input to support with the creation of new processes and tools as necessary, to support additional needs and requirements of a fast-growing business.
• Monitoring overall progress, including resolving issues, managing budget, and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
• Managing third party vendors contributing to the projects.
• Working closely with the Heads of Department and Resourcing teams to monitor overall resource allocations for the projects.
