Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Benefits: Car Allowance £450 a month, Bupa, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, Sick pay, Expenses, Hotels paid for (Have accounts with Travelodge and Premier Inn)

Location: Bradford

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Sector: Education & Healthcare

Job Description:
Liaison duties include: Planning, Managing Resources, External procurement, Complete project management from point of order, Liaising with Client, Negotiation. Supply Chain works, Design control programme variation. Must have good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Projects).

Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to deliver a complete project from inception to handover. Must have excellent client relationship/communication skills. Experience in valuations, variations, and invoicing preferable. Full-time office-based, so must be within a reasonable distance from our premises. Nationwide site visits required.

Requirements:
Experience: Retail fit out and/or Education & Healthcare experience.
Trade Background: Preferably a joiner by trade.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for site visits.
