A specialist construction and development consultancy, known for bespoke, non-off-the-shelf project delivery across education, residential, commercial, healthcare and blue light sectors, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Birmingham team as it continues to grow at pace.

The Birmingham office currently sits at eight people, and the plan is to keep building it deliberately rather than just filling headcount. That means whoever joins now won't be one of many faces in an already-formed team; they'll genuinely shape how the office operates, who else comes in around them, and what the next couple of years look like.
