This site-based, freelance role runs for approximately 12–18 months, with Outside IR35 terms and a requirement for a Chartered or near-chartered engineer.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery team, ensure projects stay on time and budget, and manage safety on high-hazard process sites.

This is a freelance role with approximately 12-18 months duration.
Payment type is Outside IR35 (subject to candidate IR35 Assessment).
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH TIER 1 CONSTRUCTION / WATER / HEAVY CIVILS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED (ENGINEERING DEGREE / HNC REQUIRED).
Previous experience working on Thames Water projects highly advantageous.
Our client is a reputable main contractor highly regarded within the water industry with significant work in the pipeline.
Scope of works includes: Heavy Civils / RC / Drainage / Interface with other disciplines / Microtunnelling.
As a key leader within our Delivery team, you'll report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with our Contracts Manager for Water. You'll be responsible for the overall success of the Water/Wastewater Portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
