Qualifications

• Experience in delivery and/or project management of construction projects (Industrial/Commercial, Shell & Core and fit-out).
• Qualified in a construction discipline as a minimum requirement.
• Experience managing projects in data centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front with Linesight’s Safety First approach.
• Manage large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
• Be a visible onsite leader, responsible for managing project team members.
• Identify issues related to progress, quality and safety; report to client and work with the project team to resolve.
• Implement and monitor project processes, partnering with the client to drive improvements.
• Lead key project meetings to monitor contractor progress, risks, changes, schedules and other elements.
• Provide detailed project reporting for the client and support contract administration of the Building Contract.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Lead from the front, embracing Linesight’s “Safety First” approach
• Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
• Be a visible leader onsite, responsible for managing project team members
• Identify issues arising in relation progress, quality and safety; capture and report to client, whilst proactively working with the wider project professional team and Contractor(s) to resolve effectively
• Implement, monitor and ensure compliance with project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements
• Arrange, lead, attend and record key project meetings to monitor Contractor progress; risks; change; schedule and other key project elements
• Monitor and report on the performance of the project professional team, Contractor and the client’s vendorsProvide detailed project reporting for the client
• Support the Contract Administration of the Building Contract.

• Have experience in the delivery and/or project management of Construction of Industrial/Commercial buildings, including Shell and Core and fit out
• Are qualified in a construction discipline
• Have experience project managing on a data centre project
• Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help
