AECOM is hiring a Project Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead complex projects across a national footprint, overseeing all phases from initiation to close-out.

You will handle regulatory approvals and guide other project managers, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Here's what you'll do

• Manages one or more very complex projects, involving a combination of the following: Clients with a national geographic footprint; or Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; or, other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
• Manages other Project Managers.

Qualifications

As the successful applicant you will have the following experience and qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive)
• Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
• Robust Stakeholder Management process

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree
• Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
• APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
• Prince 2 or MSP experience is desirable but not essential
