Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background leading Highrise, Education projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the industry-leading Tier 1 Main contractors in the country, who are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring that all works are completed within budget, on time, and to quality standards.

What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules
  • Liaise with the Site Manager to ensure that all works are completed in a timely manner, maintaining quality in line with company policy
  • Report to the Operations Manager and provide feedback on project status
  • Proactively identify project risks and work extensively to reduce delays
  • Facilitate final inspections and approvals
