ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of the Senior Project Manager

As Commercial Development Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate the development of a diverse portfolio of exciting new and existing sites, ranging from new build to heritage properties, and manage a small in-house development department.

With a tightly managed project schedule, sites will be transformed into vibrant workspaces.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of development, overseeing programming from top level to detailed construction, financial control, planning, procurement, negotiation of contracts, building regulations, and quality control.

Reporting to the COO, you will devise and implement a strategy that ensures our buildings are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of design and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

• MRICS would be preferred but not essential
• Pre and Post contract experience
• At least two years’ experience in the UK
