Job summary

Mace is seeking a senior project leadership professional in the Cities and Places sector to drive delivery across homes, schools and major developments. The role involves working with government and private clients, managing multi‑disciplinary teams and external resources to deliver value, quality and safety outcomes.

The position requires extensive delivery experience, strong commercial acumen and a focus on sustainability, with opportunities for flexible hybrid working in selected locations.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Substantial delivery experience on projects and programmes.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading parts of large, diverse teams.
• Experience forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations shaping projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence through robust systems and client-focused outcomes.
• Uphold integrity, manage budgets, risks, and sustainable impact.
• Lead teams collaboratively, drive innovation and performance against KPIs.
