Senior Project Manager - Central & Local Government
  • Full-time

We are looking for a pro-active and self-motivated Senior Project Manager with a logical and structured approach to managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience in understanding technical inputs from design and contractor teams, and some familiarity with contract administration, would be beneficial.

We value team players who recognize their contribution to our business and client projects—collaborative individuals who uphold high standards of delivery. Our current projects are located in London, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Surrey, and Kent, with many more upcoming.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking.
  2. Establish effective processes and systems for project use.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans.
  4. Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators.
  5. Track and document changes.
  6. Prepare formal reports on project progress.
  7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers.
  8. Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Preparing presentation materials for client pitches.
  • Inputting key information into the internal database.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor in a consultancy working on public sector projects, including housing associations or CAT A fit-outs.
  • Experience with heritage projects is highly advantageous.
  • Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture is preferred.
